Phoned Glenn as computer would not boot. Came to my home within the hour and immediately diagnosed the problem. Much to my surprise he had the problem fixed within a couple of hours and had reinstalled the computer (desktop). Also sorted out my laser printer which had stopped working after a recent MS upgrade. I highly recommend him as his service is excellent. And what he charged me was more than reasonable.
